Took my beloved scoot to Lyndhurst for its 50 000km service...yip thats right, hit the BIG 50!!!
Anyway, the good news is that the bill was way less than what I had feared it would be..... In fact, I braced myself for a serious number, even called the bank manager beforehand to confirm that my credit card would not "de-laminate".....
Total for the big 50............R1098.00 all in!
Wow, what a relief.
Then sadly,the following morning, my bike felt sluggish and was miss fireing between 1000 - 2500rpm .......
???
Called Alan at Lyndhurst, told him about my problem....no problem says he, Ben the driver is on his way with a lazy loader. 30 mins later the bike was loaded taken back - cause of problem...water in one of the contacts. 3 hrs later, bike was returned to me in ship shape!!!
Well done Lyndhurst Auto Melrose arch, you have my support!!!!
