some tweets from the Roof blog...

"Last Gold Class finisher: Chase Bennetts - Liqourland Racing - 70 finishers.
2nd last finisher: Ramco Honda's Jono van Wyk - racing without rear brakes the whole day - well done!!"

"Nr 10 Kenny Gilbert came in in 57th place!! The chain on his KTM came off and wrapped in the sprocket and swing arm. Had to wait for someone with the right tools to help him."

Interview with Jade Gutzeit
So how was the route: He says it was awesome, it was very well done, but the marking wasn't that good. but we actually just followed Graham Jarvis for most of the day. The track was better than last year, it was more open easier to overtake, none of that 1st gear riding, it was planned out better and less single track riding .There were also some new sections that I enjoyed a lot.
