Made a turn at family in PTA. My niece's husband has got a Husaberg 550 fe, AFAIK. Seems that there might be some chance that the engine is slightly modified - doesn't have any trouble idling though. Sweet mother of..I took it for a spin up and down the road, it's had supermoto wheels on...That thing farks off something crazy. So much that my hand slipped off the one grip from the sheer acceleration...the pick up is insane. I would put money down that it would pull away from rest if it's next to my 1150GS up to a certain speed, maybe even like 120km/h plus.
Don't know if that motor is from KTM or maybe a husky item - don't know the history of Husaberg that much, but all I know is that this bike goes like hell and robot to robot I don't know how many bikes would keep up. Any comment out there for these bikes? wonder how it would far against the KTM 690...
