I am busy doing some tiling at my house and on my way home I stopped at a tile shop to get a sample tile, once outside I realised I had a problem, the tile was 450mm x 450mm and it was never going to fit in my topbox. I tried to fit it under my jacket but that wasn't too successful either, so eventually I had to balance the tile on my lap with my arms over it, ok when going but a bit tricky when stopped. Needless to say it was a hairy ride back home with the tile on my lap. Porcelain tiles however make great wind breakers   ;D ;D

So what's the most unusual thing you have transported?

Not me but a good friend strapped a racing bicycle onto the back of his Honda Bol d'or and rode from Munich to Berlin.

A 26 kg Kabeljou tied down over the back seat of a Honda XL500S in 1982.  Transported approximately 30+ kilometers along the beach from near Gamtoos river to Jeffreys Bay.  Both the head and tail barely cleared the ground/sand and at times made the most strangest trail behind the bike.

Some time ago me and the missus went for a sunday cruise up the West Coast. Stopped at Yzerfontein harbour just as the snoek bote coming in....Could not resist the blink lywe and bought 3 fairly big ones.

Rolled them a bit in old newspaper and tied 'em on the back of the topbox...tails flapping around in the wind while rushing home to light the fire. Nothing beats a fresh snoek opi kole.  ;D

Robert from Worcester (the crazy vespa dude who rides with the BMW club) once was unhappy about paint prices in his home town. So he jump on his trusty vespa and heads to Town (parow i think). Buys 3 x 25L tins of paint. The helper ask's where his vehicle is parked - under the tree he say's. helper comes back shouting hs car is stolen/gone. Actually its the scooter

So he loads one tin on the rear rack (how, heavens alone kw's), one tin between his legs and the 3rd in his geen old rucksack (goes everywhere with him) and drives off to Worcester. Never batts an eyelid.

Gotta love the guy  ;)
I love my bike..................

Thought it was unusual to take my mom of 70 for a run on the back of my Varadero Saturday wel what was more unusual is that she liked it so much we must do this again soon at her request.
Freedom just another word for nothing left to lose.
