A weakling

If, more like when, my bike does a lie down, I just cannot pick it up alone.  I have had two back spinal fusions and am starting arthritis. I have never ridden alone so have had help when needed.  In my scuba diving days I stuck 100% to the mantra " you dive alone, you die alone".  The accident Thump had is an example.  However I am getting to the stage where midweek rides are ion the cards, but such luck is not available to my ride buddies.  What do I do other than pillion Philemon?  Not on the cards is to
give up my bike.  The are ways to get around this.  How do the ladies get around this problem?
