We rode through in late November and no one ever checked to see if I had a license or not.  As long as you don't break too road rules you should be fine.  :ricky: :ricky:
Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but  rather a slide in sideways, chocolate in one hand, wine in the other, body totally worn out and screaming "Woo Hoo what a ride"

Just remember that the country is cash strapped so they are looking for money for there coffers. As it is a SADCC license they should accept a learners as it is the same as holding a Swaziland learners. (SADCC rules)
Also don't believe the cops in Swaziland are that stupid that they cannot read a license properly.

I went through on the 23 december, had a search on the vehicle, the reg docs, the possibilities of being a stolen vehicle. no one ever checked the licences of both drivers.

make sure your docs are in place and I think you should be fine.

Just for interest sake... that border from the Barberton (on the R40) closes at 4:30pm. It's a brilliant drive I must add...but not nice to get there and no entry :eek7:
