HELP! Capies shopping in Gauteng
« on: July 25, 2007, 10:48:08 pm »
Myself, HGS and Kat are treating ourselves to a "Gauteng Bikeshop Shopping Spree"!

In about 2 weeks time, the 3 of us will be flying to Johburg for 2 days of exclusive bikeshop exploration!

We plan (so far) to visit Pro Action, Full Throttle and more.  Where do you guys from Gauteng advise we go to for lekka accessories and just browsing?

Many thanks!

Won't pretend that I know much about bike shops in GP, but don't forget to drop by Mosskay's (down the hill from Hyde Park shopping centre toward Randburg).

I do not think that dying is a good idea.
Living doing something that you love is a good idea.
Living until you die is a good idea. If living happens to kill you it means you made a mistake, but we are human, and humans make mistakes, so go for it, enjoy it, live until you die, rather than not living for your whole life.

What are you shopping for?
The big shops are Mosskays, Full Throttle and Biking Accessories.
If you can keep your head in the midst of all this confusion, you don't understand the situation!

World of accessories is a must, there is also a new shop in the Forways/ Pineslopes area saw a moving bill board last night cant remember the name but they sound big with large selection.
I think if I actually found My mind, I probably wouldn't know what to do with it,

As julle Full Throttle toe gaan in Edenvale maak baie tyd, weet nie of hulle al die winkel reggepak het nie maar laas toe ek daar was was dit woes. Moes tyd spandeer om deur alles te gaan maar dit was baie lekker.

Forget it. More like a satellite shop of the main CIT in the city, I think.  Not much going on there. Been there twice and always left empty handed because they have limited stock and variety.

CIT Pretoria - More a "agter-mekaar-shop".

Full Throttle. What an experience! A bit "jumbled" but good service and prices and variety is very good.
