Nope its never a good idea to openly complain on a forum like this.....

The first bikeSA forum closed down because people openly complained and it started big fights....

Not quite, IMHO the problem was no "MODERATORS" anything was allowed. So the answer is good (and even sometimes heavy handed Mods) if it means control, be heavy handed. This is not a phillatelist forum, is that how you spell stamp collector?.

hi guys.
couldnt answer yesterday would not log on.
no i didnt get the wheels.
but a big thanks for allowing time to vent,i had left it for over a month.
and it was bugging me to see the wheels advertised in the vendor section.
anyhow i harbour no ill feeling toward jaque.
but thanks once again for all the comments,its really interesting stuff.

The guy in question selling the rims on this site has every right to reply
to this thread, and he hasn't, which tells me something.

Why should it be ok to praise certain dealers but not complain when things
go wrong? The Auto Atlantic thread got loads of praise, and Freak lapped up
every minute of it, coz he works there, and correct me if I'm wrong, but only on
that thread has he been vocal.

I say, go ahead and slam the dealers....but make sure that you are honest while
doing so.

making a quick buck but pissing customers off vs ongoing small profit and keeping customers happy.

A happy customer is worth a lot more than an unhappy one.
