I'm looking at wanting to do the same when I find my 1200, started looking seriously now that the 800 is gone.

and now in the daylight - but it's overcast, so the sunlight isn't hitting the colour as it should

Looks great, nice colour choice.
You just need to do the indented GS on the side panels in the same colour.
