Friends at De Wildt

Some friends of mine went to De Wildt the other day, (friend who know UFUDO's friends) some of you will recognise the "4x4" track and the "koppie".

Only 6 rode up the klip, nobody rode the steep one, and the one KTM blew an engine in the first 30 minutes...
Sounds par for the course.

Those river crossings look like fun, Shark you will have to show us sometime. Think ds bikes can ride most of the terrain ?

On this ride, yes.
Basically if a quad can do it, a DS bike can too.  In most cases.
A small DS bike, to qualify that statement, of the big DS bikes, only the KTM is suited.

We did the end of that loop, the small riverbed to the klip.

The other bits are much of the same, just more sand, and more is easier as you can gas it and have the space for the bike to correct its self.

The pigs will struggle in the sand, but a good rider could pull it off.
