Michnus will be the main organiser - so volunteer your services with him.
As background the following:
- we'll retain last year's format - an informal gathering of WD riders
- Each person will see to their own route planning there and back - either a laid-back tour or a fast dash for those so inclined
- Michnus will ask a fee covering all the shared utilities like wood, ice, sleeping for Sat, as well as some WD stuff like the yearly sticker etc - this will be cheap
- Arrangements regarding additional stuff like sleeping for more than Sat etc will be everyone's own responsibility - Michnus will help with contact details
- Food and booze - each one for himself
- Michnus will try and organise a catered braai (spit) for Sat - included in price
- No formal rides planned for the weekend, everyone can make up their own minds if and how they want to explore the area - or if they just want to relax and socialise
- We'll give our sponsor's the opportunity to show some of their products
- There will be lots of sponsored prizes as well as our prizes for pic competition and ride reports
All in all a nice relaxing weekend for WD members and friends following last year's recipe.
