KLE won't cold start

Hey fellow KLE riders...

I have the following problem, my KLE battles or won't start in the mornings, the starter turns over and there is fuel. I tested for spark with a new plug as I don't have the correct size plug spanner to remove the plugs yet...When the bike does start, she runs fine and will start thereafter...any ideas what the problem could be?
