Went for a ride this weekend in Waterberg mountains, did not take my bike but had the use of a Friends Yamaha 660 Tenere 10K on the clock.
He was on his KLR me on the 660, did about 50km on some corrugated dirt road some sand and some stony sections.
The Yamaha vibrated the living daylights out of me, both Mirrors twisted in a couple of times, GPS rattled out of the touratech bracket and then when we got home we spotted this.
The number plate and bracket snapped off!
Are all the 660's like this, i tell you it has put me off ever wanting to buy one.
