I think it is a brilliant idea for that market.  The frame brace defeats the major feature of a scooter - no frame & flat floor - but not too badly.  I liked the yamaha scooter with the 2 round stick-on headlights - the original one before they restyled it with faired in lights - it would have looked cool with this treatment but it featured really small wheels.

I like ! Engine is a bit small though, needs to be at least 250.

Showed it to the wife and she agrees, very cool. Mentioned that we can custom her new Xciting 500 scooter along similar lines and got whacked against the head !

Woman !????
Cash, Gas or Ass............ no-one rides for free :-)

I did it because I can, I can because I want to and I want to because you said that I couldn't !!!!!!!

I see nothing!! Is the thing perhaps in camo? :imaposer:

Perhaps school laaities can now do adventure. In perfect reliability.

Did you notice that even this has USD forks? Sertao fail.

What i saw is finally a perfect fit scoot for y

I like it.
They should just give it a 150 motor at the very least.

No man, at my age how will I swing my leg over that trellis frame between the seat and front part?

Just goes to show that you can turn any bike into an "Adventure" bike by simply adding:

1) Knobblies
2) Spots
3) Aluminium Panniers

A suitable paint job helps as well  :thumleft:

A few months ago I there was a Gomoto C5 scooter going for a very good price. I played with the idea of buying it, fitting shocks and forks from an old scrambler, and a set of knobblies. The idea fell through when I found out it weighs about 160kg dry. Probably just as well, because the idea of reinforcing the chassis never occurred to me.
Why do things that only happen to stupid people always happen to me?
