Same thing here on my xr650L with T63 front and E-07 rear from about 120 onwards, especially when the front is pumped hard like 180kpa. When I drop front wheel pressure to around 140 - 150KPa like I usually do for off-road the weaving is practically gone - T63 very sensitive to pressure I think.
