Was speaking to an acquaintance of mine recently. He's also an avid biker, but more of the speedbike/speed tourer variety. Can't remember how, but the subject of earplugs came up.
Ever since I've been riding semi-seriously, I've used earplugs for trips longer than 10 minutes. Turns out he doesn't use them at all, saying they cut off his "feel" for what's happening around him.
I'm not about to sacrifice my hearing (earplugs fall under ATGATT for me), but fell to wondering what other bikers do.
So, what does the WD pack think of earplugs?
