In December I ordered some goodies for the 2012 Ktm 690 which was not yet out at that stage but I knew I was going to buy one. Anyway I finally got the bike last week only to discover that the frame on the 2012 is slightly different to the previous models and the right hand side auxilary fuel tank didn't fit. The shrouds are also different.
So I got hold of the guys at Rally Raid and without blinking an eye they airfreighted me a new rhs tank and all the neccessary shrouds. Took longer to get from Jhb to EL than it took to get from England to Jhb.
