Ai, Wayne - I don't know what to say.

Having to lose someone close is never cool (gone through that 3 weeks ago).
Having to lose someone close so unexpectedly and at such a young age is even worse.

My heart, thoughts and prayers go out to the family and to you.

Take care and strongs for this time where you would in a sense need to be the support for the family, while still actually needing support yourself.
02/02/12 - RIP Glen - the Arrow of Elliot and the little man with the big heart that truly was larger than life.

You have touched us and left us better for having known you - even if it was only briefly.

For grabbing the moment and living the day It's been way too early that you were taken away

There but for the grace of God, go I.
:(

'By the waters' (David Meece):

Close my eyes
And lead me by the waters
That flow beneath the Savior's feet
And bathe my restless soul in silence
And bind this darkness with Your peace
And bind this darkness with Your peace

For I'm tired
And weakened from the battles
That scar the deepest part of me
And my heart is overwhelmed in sorrows
That none but You could ever see
That none but You could ever see

CHORUS:

Close my eyes and let my spirit wander
Through the vastness of your mystery
Let me feel the fullness of Your glory
Rising from the heart of me

'Till the day
I pass across the waters
And soothe my brow beneath Your hand
May I find in You my strength and comfort
For by Your grace alone I stand
For by Your grace alone I stand

You have touched us and left us better for having known you - even if it was only briefly.

Such tragic news.
I run past Pinehurst almost every single day.
Such a shocker.

My deapest condolences to the family and friends.
My mom died at that age when I was still young and I know how that touched our family.
So to all the friends this family will need a lot of support in the comming months.
My heart really goes out to the family.

Condolences to those left behind. So very sad...

That cliche about living every day like it could be your last, takes on new meaning when I read things like this. At my age of 47, this is a reality!
