He started Jogging in the complex about a month ago and often told me how he felt he could go a little further.

Amazing this is how I remember Bruce, by his running ability. He was the only Rugby Forward player I knew that could run a 100m competitively and not to mention throwing a Discuss further than most.

But yes high school was long ago.

Wayne my friend I feel for you, this kind of loss only heals with time.

Hi Guys and Dolls

A Huge thanks for all the wishes . I sent his wife this Link and she was blown away by the response.

She has never been onto out website.

We spent the week trying to get the Death Certificate as the SAP were concerned it was not a Natural Death due to his Age.

Anyway that's now been sorted and they have finally issued the DC.

The Memorial service will be held on Monday 14 May at the DURBANVILLE memorial park at 10:30

Cheers

Wayne

Yes SR , you are spot on , Bruce would have been 42 today

We went out on the Bike 2 to have a Birthday Breakfast for my Bud.

He loved going for breakfast and drinking COPIOUS amounts of Coffee...and Talking shit for ages.

Yesterday I finally plucked up the courage to go move his Bike after his wife asked me for the 3rd time  :peepwall:

It was parked on her side of the Garage as he had left it 30 mins before he went 2 Jog.

Keys still in , helmet still hanging there. Lemme tell you its a SHIT Feeling.

Rode it around the PINEHURST Complex a few times to charge the battery. Had to moves his tools and Weights Bench that he was using that day to get the bike in.

We must still decide what to do with it.

Anyways Life goes on I guess. His SON has been amazing and has Stepped up into Dad's Shoes.

Marky is 14 , A cleaver Boy , well mannered and a keen sportsman.  :thumleft: I actually think he will be OK

Ok Enough soppy stuff

Happy Birthday Brucey Baby !!!

Ride the skies Bud

Hey Guys n Dolls

For whats its worth took SANLAM 10 days on the dot to payout the Full Life Cover with out a single query.
Not that I had any doubt , but I wrote this policy for Bruce a few years back , would have hated to have a hassle.

Money will never replace a loved one , But Fark it sure does help relieve the stress a little.

Hectic news Hayleyscomet!

My in-law's stays in Summerwood in Pinehurst and the same sort of thing happened to them suddenly! Was just as big a shock and can really feel your pain and the family's pain! Please give them a good luck and I know the pain will NEVER go away, but it does become bareable after much time! From now on it is gonna be a time of firsts for the family and they can be glad to have you as a friend to assist when needed! Good luck to you and much of strongness to Pops's family! Well done on you moving the bike! Remember when I had to do the same thing at my in-law's house, cried the helmet sopping wet riding my fathers bike to keep it charged! STRONGS!
