converting a crf230f to street legal
« on: May 14, 2012, 02:21:05 pm »
aside from the electrics, speedo, lights and indicators there is a bigger issue. since the law has changed, you can no longer register an off road motorcycle at all. if there is still a way, can anyone advise me on how to go about this ?

thanks

I saw one this morning with all the lights and mirrors. It looked very professionally done.
Is one able to do this mod legally?

Will not work I was told, for reason Enatis has the numbers & classification (offroad-only) on the database, and these will not change.

Blazes,

do tell please?
I had a look at any thread with "230" in the header, and no can do. But I do want mine (2011-model) on the road! Only need to mount indicators & hooter, the rest is on it anyway.

If you know of a "trick" and don't want to post here by all means PM me.
Would appreciate...
