DRZ 400E Not Idling and Miss firing under revs

Help, My DRZ is stranded in Kamiskroon. The problem started that the bike would not idle, it was as if someone hit the kill switch at 2400 rpm, we swopped carbs, spark coil and cdi unit with another DRZ and still the same problem.

The problem then developed to not running at all and only back firing if you tried to rev the bike, the symptoms were as if it was running out of fue,however fuel flow was fine and we had the same problem when we put the other DRZ carb on the bike,

I am now in Langebaan and have to recover my bike next week from Kamieskroon, would anyone know what the problem may be, ???
