I am pleased Primrose have retained Husky and I guess Autocycles in PE was inevitable (although sad as service is eratic ar best) as no real alternative except the Ducati guys (cannot remember their dealer name). Not sure about Waterworld WTF?

Apart from primrose, which received some dodgy feedback on this site, I recognize none of the other shops.

I am really disappointed; There I was, hoping to see Husky marketed and supported by the top bra's. I mean really, who's gonna go look for a bike at Waterworld?!

Walk into a BMW, KTM or Ducati establishment and see what I mean.

Had a long talk with Fred from CMH the new Huskie importer. Must say it was refreshingly intereting and a breath of fresh -air. The dealers as they are now are not a definate thing -- lack of service and you will be out --they have a few more lined up and they are more known companies that may get a dealership-

So if you get bad service let it be  known to CMH and Fred in person --the investors have given CMH 2 and a half yers to get Husqvarna up and running a lot of young blood on sales and people that are very passionate as far as the brand goes -- He did share with me that they are going to make mistakes but that they will be sorted out as a HUGE investment has been made and eventually they will want to compete directly with KTM that is there goal. Sponsorship looks very good for 2013 and young riders that are up and coming will benifit by this. Fred himself and his son race --He is very informed as far as the brand goes and has already got kit -- and special parts for all the models in the first shipment. Italy are not interested in how many bikes are being bought --but ALL they wanted to know is --Who is racing for You -- typical Italians --. ::)

They are looking at getting Husky back on the map asap-- and are not for once fooling themselves that it will be hard work --

I have a complete list of the prices of the bikes and models that are available -- PM me if you arenterested.

The Wr 300 is going for a steal imho 2013 model . R 76,900.00 Complete with a race pack 1 or 2

Nuda 900 R 99,900

Nuda 900 R R 115,900

IWishing CMH the best with their new venture and i am sure they will do well with the brand --

I like the fact that people like Russel Wood got Natal and they already raced the 450rr sm this past week end --

Hi,

New to the site and to Huskies. I've been following the introduction of the TR650 with interest and saw that pricing has been announced in the US - $6,999 for the Terra (non-ABS) and $7,499 for the Strada. This probably means somewhere around R70,000 for the Terra which is not bad I guess.

Does anyone have more info regarding pricing and availability SA? Also, I assume we will get the non-ABS Terra?

Before Wild Dogs snarl I suggest an introduction in the relevant thread. Welcome to the kennel.

I would sat at R70K you are probably being optimistic! We are inevitably ripped off this side of the pond!

ANC tax? But why? Is our dear leader getting married again?

If R90K, it is priced the same as the Sertao. Would be interesting to see how they market it.

That's a once off competition 'factory' scoot as I understand. I would also probably be seduced if it was a production model  :ricky:

To me that would be the "new" KTM 950 SE! And to think it is in the BMW stable.....  :imaposer:

I'm not particularly biased towards any make of bike, but there is just no sense (for me) in making bigger, heavier bikes as "dual sport" or "dual purpose" bikes.

What I want is something light and tough for playing, as well as nimble and powerful enough for commuting and there I think 900cc is the ideal engine size. This is why I drool about a KTM 950 SE and seriously hope someone actually brings out this 900 Nuda X!
