I've also got a huge noggin, I ride with a Schuberth E2. Previous two helmets were Shark Evo ES, somewhat cheaper but less roomy than the Schuberth. Ps. Both are modular.

If DMD won't sell direct then try Bike Kings in Pretoria, they have a big range of Schuberth helmets so maybe carry spares in stock.

I was considering a scooter recently. Maybe something like this with a top box is a better option. Same value, same weight, better for potholes, pavements, traffic, performance... And I dont think KTM would put their name on it if it wasn't proper.

I see lots of support for both the Sym Citicom and the Xmax 300 on this thread. I like the big wheels as well as the price of the Sym. The Yammie has that huge storage though. Tough choice! Where does one buy an Xmax? They're not on the Yamaha local websites.
