Thanks eikeboom will check the 500's manual, just downloaded it could not find one for the 400. I think they are very much the same.

I bought a KLE 400 '04 about a month ago. Great bike !! Nice and nippy, fills its clocks on the open road and has good power on the pull away. I do have a prob with the range of the tank. I only get about 170km's - is this correct or might it be set too rich? I have not run it dry but have to...
