I have in fact bought a new Suomy MX last week after religiously always going for the Arai adv helmets. Suomy is incredibly lighter and works well with my leatt neck brace. The first pic you can see the surface rust on the spokes. The second pic shows the slight smiley above and just to the left of the valve. Hub still very good condition. Not sure exactly what they go for new ( maybe R7000-R8000) so I would say R3500 is fair? The last 2 pics is my new SM PRO...

The rim is black and has one or two slight smiles in it, the spokes have some surface corrosion (thats why I changed went with a SM Pro rim...

Agree with you 100%.  Thanks for the useful information. Why can't Yamaha just let us know whats happening????  We doing a trip this weekend 1000 + kms on dirt, maybe I should wrap a foam mattress around the seat and swear some grease into the openings and hope for the best. One of the guys...

Attached some pics of the awesome rack design with the givi plate and topbox fitted. Bought the rack from Gstry and am really happy with the quality of the finish, check out the following photos.
