DR KLR can my model bike take these plastics (green one that looks if the frame flows into the plastic?
I also see my front upside down mud protector plastic cover has shattered. that is also a must replace.
My currenty plastic covers (two in front) has faded from age and sun.
hy loop lekker op 110 kmph
hy het al 135 km per uur gejaag mosbaai toe van george af oppi highway

The number plate is since missing! It just dis integrated off! Even the Steel one! This photos was taken back in March 2013.
This bike in my books is still futuristic in the design department. Digital speedo the works! But if I had to replace this bike it would be for a DRZ! that's it! ...
DR KLR the reason why I might a make over is that i've build a reliability history with this bike. The people that repaired the bike knows exactly it's in and out's! And now to buy another used scrambler similar to this will present and unknown service history factor again.
Bought the bike with very very low milage back in Late 2009.
Bike had the timing chain done and some sprockets and chains through the years. Uses oil but still now major engine overhaul at all! In my books that is blerry reliable then. Uses much more money to maintain than my 125 Yamaha XTZ...
Dr KLR just saw the amazing make over for the bike. How much did the seat and the new plastics cost? I believe that not much has changed from my 2000 KLX 250 to today's klx?
