What area are you in?

ABS button - If you hold this down with the bike running, in neutral, will change the ABS functions, from all on, to rear only, to all off - there are 2 different warnings on the ABS light on the dash - you can confirm them in the user manual as well - also, be aware that they do not stay...

All the PC i have had done - bike frames, table legs, various other bits - the provider (J G Powdercoaters in my case) - they first sand-blast to bare metal, then powdercoat directly - they even do a clear powdercoating...

Otherwise maybe use a nut & bolt - but tack-weld the nut onto the bolt at the top side, then spin the whole lot in your drill while you "sand" the OD (hex) of the nut down with your angle grinder until it fits the access hole? Essentially creating the same shape as the original installation tool?

Nice fix! What thread locker do use to hold these in place? Assuming you do, I mean?
