Maybe a bit drastic but one could cut some clear desifix to shape and stick it on the places were the bugs stick, when finished riding you just peel it off much like a visor tear off, That stuff is dirt cheap and wont harm the plastics or tins on the bike - A bit drastic but it could work ??
