Will it work if I use a 12V LED?

Made some further progress on the bike. Attahced the speedo Reshaped the seat Attached LED's to the light (Indicators, Oil, Neutral and Brights And got the seat upholstered

Didn't have much time to take photo's. Worked on the bike during small periods,  a hour after work etc. Attached the following Carburetors Foot pegs Gear lever Rear brake lever Handle bars (Got new ones) Throttle, frontbrake cylinder, clutch lever etc Cables (Clutch, accelerator, choke)...

Unfortunately the tread in the head to attach the tapping cover was finished. But we got an insert and fixed it. Luckily their was enough meat to fix it.

I have used Duram Dura strip on my R65 LS part which was also powder coated , and I am quite happy with the result. Although elbow grease is always present.

Engine and gearbox are in. NOTE: Top cover and tappet covers are sandblasted, and waiting for paint.

Got the tires yesterday from Biking Accessories.

Assembled main frame today.

Have received parts back from powder coating. Not happy with quality but luckily I have fixed it. Started to assemble the main frame while waiting for tires to arrive at the shop. Will get the tires most likely tomorrow. Will post pics.

Still pondering about exhausts designs. Any ideas?

Builded the seat out of High density foam, which is now ready to be covered with leather.

Fabricated the seat pan together with the base of the seat.
