Thanks. I found the first time that i polished them was the worsts. Thereafter regular polishing made is vastly easier. But to me the bike just looks absolutely smick when they shine like that.
I was finally able to pull the bike out of the garage in daylight. Please see herewith some more pictures.
I honestly believe that you will not find a cleaner more well looked after example anywhere in South Africa.

Oh wow. Jip, i've had the heidenau before and they really were poor tyres (lasted very long but terribly in anything but hard-pack). In fact, I was caught out some way up Sani a few years back and they were dangerous to say the least. Since then I've used the TCK 80's and more recently...

I am not planning the route but would like to give some input so that we dont end up doing only tar. I've not been in Lesotho on a bike for some years now and last did the Monantsa loop from Monantsa to Butha-Buthe which we really liked.
