I have to ask , Our bikes come with black rims , and I like to keep them black and shiny , but with the chain lube that makes a mess on the rim and spokes , keeping them clean is a constant chore . I dont mind this , but buy using mild degreaser seems to attack the anodised coating on the rim ...

I still have both jackets for sale , can be collected in KEMPTON or RANDBURG . Would like to move the Apex jacket first , this is a nice piece of kit , fully waterproof with a water proof inner softshell jacket that can be worn on its own , A very nice 2 in 1 jacket for R 2250.00

Those muffs ( elephant ears) are nice at keeping the wind off , buy always concerned that if needed removing hands from the bars might not be as fast with these on as with out them . but from reviews they work very well . Ps i posted the review write up to serve as information as I found it...

Don't think they available here , as they expensive , start from about R1700 up to about R6000.00 . I was looking at a pair of KTM branded ALIPNE STAR winter gloves , they had a separate thermal liner glove , price was 4650.00 . Still thinking but just cant get myself to place the order .

TPS feature was disabled on my bike because it started malfunctioning , and an expensive exercise to repair / replace . so have to do it manually :cool:

Mostly front yes , but under inflation is the culprit and not braking . wish I saved the video to post here , but had a look at my adventure bike and my front tyre is wear like this , and I KNOW the tire does loose pressure , not a lot , but its down to 1.9 from 2.4 when I do re inflate it ...

I would think many of us is in the same boat when it comes to checking tire pressure , we ride often enough and would feel if the tire is under inflated , but only if reraly low , in most cases we ride and check sort of once a month maybe less . Watched a tyre video and the presenter explained...
