Replace the screws in the clamp with 5mm longer cap screws , much easier to work with . Otherwise turn the screw out slightly and apply the loctite , then tighten up again

No , not nylocs , those are really good clamps and I use them whenever I can get my hands on them , but for oil pipes or high pressure fuel lines I always use loctite .
