Nice bike Ive seen it in spotless condition.

Spoke to Russel Campbell and Gavin from KMSA this morning according to them there is an upgrade for the oil problem. And according to them there will be no further problems once this is done. Mine was done recently.

Ok some more news. There is an upgrade for the piston and rings for the oil problem. This has been done according to Rett at Autocycles PE. Phoned Gavin at KMSA and that will be the end of the oil problem as they have had no further problems once the upgrade was done.

Well here is some feedback. Bikes off to PE tomorrow to have the rings replaced. Still under warranty so hopefully problem will be sorted. So can watch petrol consumption and not oil.

Just been reading ADVrider re various issues with the `08 model eg burning excessive amounts of oil and intake valves etc...me nervous,whos done a decent amount of kilo`s out there? Whats different with the new engine?the old ones are well known to be pretty much bullet proof. ???
