Thanks Biza I st lii think we have a right to an itemized price quote prior to service to make necessary comparisons and then make a call. That seem to be a challenge hence the discrepancies in service charges

alternator belt.....thought they replace that @ 40 000 as well?? probably waiting for it to break first...anyway who really cares..
