Hi almal. Ek's weer terug op 'n stof scooter na so jaar of twee (het in Gauteng gebly en was soooo depressed dat ek sommer my TransAlp verkoop het). Anyway, het weer vir my 'n XT gekry en het al een trip Witsand toe gedoen. Sjoe, het vergeet hoe vreeslik lekker dit is!!! Sien uit na die SOMER...

For those of you who have not been in Middelpos...and I suppose there can not be too many who have been. This is the centre of town. One house, one shop, one petrol pump (out of order), one post office and believe it or not, one hotel!!! (but the bar was closed) Oh yes, and the graveyard behind...

have also been there, nice ride out!!!

Take along bags of insect repellant, plan your petrol stops well, stay on the tracks (mines from war not all cleared), take as many spares a possible. Roads in the north of Moz extreamly bad, and GOOD LUCK. It should be a real adventure.

Hi all I just moved up to Gauteng from Paarl :cry: Yes, I know it's a bummer but now I have a bunch of new roads to explore. I ride a '04 Transalp and prefer dirt roads. I am looking to join up with some of you for a day trip since I don't really know the area and where all the nice roads...
