GS 1150 Adv. Battery size is as follows: L 180mm x H175mm x W75 It is still an original "BMW" EXIDE Gelbattery  the grey one. 12V 19Ah. I think his will be the only way to go.

OK, So I phoned Battery Centre in Menlyn they sell a Alarm type battery to the bikers. It has the same size as the GS's just the tabs need drilling out for the bigger screw to fit. This battery is 12V 18AH and they sell it for R650. Now I have one of those in my Bushbaby Microlight and it lated...
