What ever you do don't stop eating pizza.  Maybe Debonairs and the like.  Those are not real pizzas anyway and yes they are using eco unfriendly methods of melting the Mozarella.  But any self respecting pizza connoisseur knows that a wood fired pizza oven is the only way.  And guess what wood...
