You know you are a GS1200 owner because you have to service your bike and replace tires at least 3 times a year

I had the same last year...2009 GS..out riding at Harties and when I filled up, cluck....dead....managed to just start but only from a really big truck battery....kept the revs over 4000 and managed to get back to Randburg..engine cut out completely under 4000 revs... Had some warning signs...
