The modderfontein road (R25) gets me out of JHB the quickest.  I have spend a couple of weekends looking for dirt in the Bapsfontein/bronkhorstspruit/Loskop areas. I have found some good ones but nothing that links them together on dirt.  Does a route like this exist?

i was there in December. I did one from origstad to pilgrims rest which was awesome Into the blyderiver canyon which was a little technical and Geurnsey road which is easy but fun Apparently you can follow the kruger fence for 100's of km's for the rugged camping vibes... Let me know if any...

Awesome @Fudmucker.  I have been meaning to get out to Cullinan as well.  Sounds like a good day trip around the north-east. (I have made routes for the Cullinan one if anybody is interested)

Just spent a few weeks touring on my 1200 GS. Typically looking for intermediate dirt The missus and I are in JHB. Just thought I would introduce myself, and say thanks for the gpx posts on this site. Came in really useful over December.
