I wonder how effective it will be in the dirt....
Advice, if you replaces them with a heated set, throw them in a draw and put them back on when you sell the bike. If you protect them with cricket bat handle rubber, you will be able to reuse or flog the heated ones much easier. Same also goes for a decent aftermarket can.
Careful, you don't normally have to top up that fluid. If your pads are worn, when you replace them you will push the fluid up quite a bit, probably overflowing. Take some out the reservoir with a syringe before it pushes up too far.
At 80 000 plus kilos, when doing the clearances, I would recommend that the cam chain tensioner plastic arms are replaced too. My experience was not a common one (piece broke off tensioner arm, was chewed up by the gearbox, then seized the oil pump) but I think it is worth doing that replacement...

BTW, the lights look awesome - I wish they would make a set to fit the 1190.
Altyd n better plan om in die garage te hou. Sit hom weer op as jy die bike weer verkoop. Jou aftermarket pyp sal baie makliker verkoop as jy die dag reg is en jy sal nie meer kry vir die bike met die raas pyp op nie.

Two things to try :
- Try using your spare / alternate key (doubt it is this as it should not start then). If no luck, check the connector to the ring around the ignition.
- Disconnect...
