    Reckless - he admitted te realizing he had to get out between the bikers Not stopping at the scene - he was afraid for his life Not ascertaining injuries - he was afraid for his life should he have stopped Being beaten at home and his car wrecked - he was correct in being afraid to stop.

    The R5500 was that section 300 claim. This was the state criminal case. The other bikers did not put in a claim. Only 1 of the other 5 bikers that was hit by the Uno appeared in court. No statements was given by the other bikers, it would have made the states case even stronger if the other...
