Looks like I will have to do the ride all by my self.

As far as I can recall, a social night ride from De Rust to Prince Albert over the Swartberg Pass and back to De Rust was arranged this time of the year. Does anybody have any info on this. BBQ on top of the pass at night sounds great.

Never got to Sani in the end. Hit a Skaap or Bok at 120 kph 50 km outside Maclear towards Mount Fletcher. 8 Broken ribs and the trip was over. BMW safety gear saved the day. Had exelent service from the road maint. crew who picked me up and the Maclear public hospital. They could not have done...

Has someone recently rode the Sani Pass. Heading that way next week and would like to know the condition. Do I need my Passport just to ride to the top and back?.

Who from the Suid Kaap is going to the bash. I live im Mosselbaai  and  would like to go, but do not want to ride by myself. A sleepover or 2 to Kroonstad and back will be good. I am not fussy about the route. Thanx
