OK so I've opened the fly wheel and all seems OK. Timing minimally out (1-2mm on the fly wheel off TDC). Nothing there seems out of place so I can only think that the valve clearances were not tightened correctly and vibrated loose during 1st the ride when I had the fall and the clearances were...
