Blauth, As far as I recall nobody taking part in this post has asked Hardy to step in and "fight " a fight. I do not know Hardy at all and neither do I know what his position is within the Honda group.
But, speaking for myself, had I been a representative of some sort, with some form of clout...
Chaps,
I am overwhelmed by the support, thanks for the advice and input. It has served to strengthen my resolve to escalate this to both Honda SA as well as Showa.
I am not saying Honda is K%K, only that their after sales service sucks big time compared to other brands. Notably BMW.
Also not...
First off, thanks to XRRX for taking my plight up on this forum and to Skolla who tried to remedy the situation in Phillipolis nogal :P :o >
My bike has never seen any form of abuse, at all. Had only done 10300km at the time of the incident.
The day before I did around 150km through the worst...
Ek stem XRRX, ek ry tans saam met n groep ouens waarin daar ook n GS en XC is, ek sien die manne werk in sommige situasies oortyd met die gearbox om dieselfde momentum as ek te handhaaf. :ricky: :laughing4:
Uiteindelik Hannes, veels geluk, en baie veilige, sorglose kilos vir jou my maat. :peepwall:
Net jammer ons is nou so ver uitmekaar.
NS: darem is dit n mooi kleur...... :ricky: :pot:
NSS: onthou die BMW "on call" nommers ... :pot: :ricky: :imaposer: :imaposer:
Lekkr julle, ek mis die trippies saam. :thumleft:

Anyway, so I lenghtened the wiring today and all is fine.
Except now I find that the LED resistor on the bike is interfering with the working of the barkbuster indicator lights!
Now to find out where this resistor is located!
Any advice is more than welcome :) ;)
