    How many can you fit?

Funny how you are in big trouble if you take your son on a super bike to the cafe without a helmet south of the border, but north of the border you should be able to add some more, including babies. :( Strange. Any, I'm old school. The more the merier.-  O0 P.S. I would insist on a baby seat...

Can't decide on a front tyre

I'm on T63 front. Love this tyre. Good on dirt, sticks well on tar when cornering hard. Also OK in wet. I have not tried TKC due to price, and by reviews T63 little better on dirt. I stick to one tyre on the front, and experiment with rear. Thus the front is consitently what I'm use to.

    Worth it stripping for spares?

The way I see it, is that people buy crashed spares to build code 3 bikes, which makes some money. Ok, point taken, your bike is probs a code 4 by now.  Are you going to commute on the KTM? It's a tough logical decision, but I guess the heart will over rule the logic.

Rear brake pad wear - abnormal?

Every 5K i clean and lubircate the floating pins. (Maybe over doing it.) Yes, essential, but K's will still vary.

    Fuel filter relocate

Nice Ian. Is that K1000 filter the smallest filter you can get or fit. Or is that just any metal inline filter, and that was the one you selected? The question is, can you fit a smaller filter?

Rear brake pad wear - abnormal?

I think it depends a lot on use. I do a set about every 10-12K. I'm sure somebody will stretch them to 40 or 50K.
