HI was for my GS800. So it ended up beeing the engine oil pressure control valve as per the manual. It came out when i dropped the sump. So its normal part to find in the oil :) . Bellow is a pic from the manual.

Hi All, yesterday I removed my flywheel to replace my starter clutch and in this process I did not line up the TDC bolt with the groove corectly in my first try and it snapped the bolt while trying to loosed the flywheel bolt. Make sure also your medical cover includes evacuation back to south africa. I live in Tanzania I am on Discovery with a plan that offers "Africa benefit" . Hospitals and doctors in this area is ok for basic stuff and malaria, but advance help evacuation would be best.
