last i heard, that scooter guy had finally made it back to cape town.  he was super stoked about the great rip he had in africa and mentioned that he will be posting pics and the like after about a month of sleep back in the states.

right when i was waiting for sgb's phone number, the forum went down for the revamp.  because i had to be in underberg on the morning of the 11th and had no contact info i skipped durban, but was fortunate enough to have some folks give me a new front tire just south of swaziland.  cheers again...

big wilddog fan scooter here. just had great trip nim, bot, zim, zam,mal, moz and am currently in maputo in route to lesotho and need to get tires along the way. durban would be my best bet. are there any dogs out there who could recommend the best place to pick up tires there? optimally...

Im beginning a flexible trip riding from joberg to ??? for about 2.5-3 months starting next week. if anyone is up for some riding fun let me know. even recommendations on where to ride, im new to africa. riding a klr650, hope to see as much dirt as possible.
