On all Arai helmets ,except RX7  & Quantum which change shell size with each size, the shell sizing works as follows: XS & S = same shell size M & L = same shell size XL & 2XL = same shell size We are ARAI South Africa.

With certain Arai's medium & large use the same shell size, so ypu can go down to your local stockist and buy new cheeck pads and headliner and convert it to a  medium
