After ceramic coating. Have not washed the bike yet, after a 600km trip.

OK, finally got the oxygen sensor off!!! Headers and y-piece now at Powerkote for ceramic coating. Photos to follow.

Apply some heat before you try to crack it  8) Thanks Welsh. I don't have enough heat, tried with a butane gas burner but no luck. At least it is off the bike and I can take it to someone to manhandle it for me( and heat it up).

My headers are a bit scruffy. I heard that once ceramic coated it is easier to clean as well. Reduces heat as well, but not my main reason for wanting to do it. I am going to get it coated by Powerkote in Montaque Gardens, unless there is other coaters I should try? Maybe I should take the...
