I just finished a conference in Lisbon and have Friday morning to do site seeing. Is it OK to rent a scooter (since there are no KTMs for hire). The guys that have been on a scooter before - can you regain your dignity after? Not serious - any 2 wheels are probably better that a bus or train, ...

tell the Harley guys, the right of the RH lane is reserved for them on Sundays. Then the lane is clean for a week. If more bikes take the sholder right, cages will be more comfotable with that. If i drive my cage in the middle, it is fulltime to watch both sides.

You all saw our camera men are back on the N1 in GP. Whenever i pass these kind people, i always give them a friendly hoot. If every bike and cage give them a friendly hoot, they should be pretty batty after a camera shoot, maybe dream about returning for more? :bueller:

What is your take on riding in the grand bike lane in GP. See more dogs on the right shoulder. I picked up a piece of steel in my back tyre in that lane, is the only problem for me. Can we not petition for a 50cm lane?
